Here you will find new information about the association meeting minutes and items discussed. We may also post information about what changes are being made to the community.

• Permanent changes to the exterior of your home is prohibited. If you are interested in making a change, it is highly recommended you put your intentions in writing and submit them to the Board of Directors for Consideration. Tremendous effort has been made to make our community uniform and a desirable place to live. Please consult your 'Declaration of Condominium Ownership for Fields of Cambridge Condominium' for further information.

• As summer approaches you may be considering putting screen door on your unit. Keep in mind that although screen door are approved, they must be white or match the exterior trim of your home. Please be sure to check or look at your neighbors house to make sure that your screen door matches your neighbors so that they all look uniform.

• It is prohibited to make any structural changes that would affect load bearing walls and supports.

• Meetings are a very important way to discuss your feelings about what is going your community. This is your community and everyone in the community needs to be present to help change or make our community better. We know that everyone has an opinion about what is going in our development, however nothing can be done if you are not present to express your views. The Board cannot stress enough how much time and effort go into these meetings and how important it is for the residents to attend. Please make an attempt to be present at these meetings. We need your help.
